Code Cares Volunteer Project – Tree Debris Assistance
Volunteer Garland is organizing a small Code Cares volunteer project to assist an elderly Garland couple in their late 80s after a large tree recently collapsed at their home.
A separate crew will be cutting the tree, and our volunteer team will help move the cut pieces to a pickup location so the City can haul them away. This project will require light to moderate lifting as volunteers help move the tree sections.
We are looking for approximately 10 volunteers to assist with this project.
